What counts as active personnel?
Active personnel are all persons — employees and contractors — whose current, training, compliance, and QHSE records are stored and tracked in TrefnIQ. This includes your direct employees and third-party subcontractors. They do not use the software directly to manage tasks, so they are billed at a nominal archiving cost per head.
What counts as active users?
Active users are supervisors, managers, or safety officers who actively log into TrefnIQ to assign tasks, check compliance, approve forms, or manage records. Because these individuals actively drive value and consume platform resources, billing is user-seat based. You are only charged for the specific managers who use the platform within a billing cycle.
